This is an early reivew of Vital Biologics Heart Calm supplement. I have only been taking it for about a week. As with all supplements, be sure and consult your healthcare provider if you have any questions on concerns.

The BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front)

Does this product work? YES, it really has for me! Check out the reviews of Heart Calm on Amazon and give it a shot – if you suffer from benign PVCs and or SVTs, it really could be exactly what you are looking for!

This is not a paid or sponsored post. This is simply my unbiased review of the Vital Biologics Heart Calm supplement. If you are reading this, you are likely looking for relief from PVCs or maybe another irregular, but benign heart arrhythmia. Throughout this website, I have mentioned several ways I have been able to combat and nearly eliminate my PVCs naturally, without medication. I have even posted my experience with Magnesium and how it has helped quell my annoying SVTs that occur from time to time especially when I am vigorously working out.

However, to be completely honest, I would still experience both PVCs and SVTs from time to time, no matter what I tried. The PVCs are tolerable, but the SVTs prevent me from cycling too hard, running, anything that might trigger them. Though I know they are benign, I still don’t like seeing my heart rate jump to 220 beats when it should only be at about 125-135.

Since Magnesium seemed to be something that really helped with both my Premature Ventricular Contractions and Supraventricular tachycardia, I decided to dive into the science behind it and research which types of Magnesium are best. I won’t bore you with all the details, but I will say that it all led me to Vital Biologics Heart Calm supplement on Amazon.

So what is Heart Calm? As Vital Biologics puts it on the bottle, “Heart Calm is a unique formula designed to help support and maintain a healthy heart rhythm.” Sounds pretty good right? But what is actually in the capsules?

As you can see, it contains Magnesium, but not just Magnesium, but three types and is Elemental, which is what is most important for absorption. It also contains Potassium, Taurine, and Coenzyme Q10 – all nutrients that have been proven to help support health heart rhythms!

As for usage, the capsules are a bit bigger than I would like but fall into the “medium sized” category and the recommended dosage is 3 capsules. However as mentioned on the bottle, for maximum efficiency, take one with each meal throughout the day.

I will continue to update this review as more time passes and I have more experience. But, for now, I highly recommend giving it a try and seeing if it helps alleviate your PVCs (and SVTs, if you have them) like it did for me!
