PVC Cure Update – 2/2/18

By | February 2, 2018

For those that have read my article, cure PVCs naturally, I wanted to give an update and some more information that I have found throughout this process.

It has been over a year since I was able to dramatically reduce my PVCs. After reading so much information on the internet about how many people suffer from PVCs, and how many of you have them much worse then I ever did, I wanted to let you all know that the elements I outlined in the link above really do work (at least for me). I strongly believe that, assuming you do not have any underlying heart/health conditions, you can dramatically (if not completely eliminate) your PVC occurrences.

For me the key really has been consistent cardio workouts, an omega supplement, attention to posture, and hydration. Adequate sleep may also play a role. As I mentioned in my previous post, I try to cycle 40+ miles a week (2-3 rides that last over an hour), drink at least half my body weight in water each day (90 oz.), and take 2 capsules Ultimate Omega every day. I believe it is this routine that took me from having Premature Ventricular Contractions several times a day, to having one every few weeks!

If you suffer from PVCs, I strongly encourage you to buy and use a foam roller on your upper back, get a lot of cardio exercise weekly (2-3hrs.), start taking Omega 3’s, and stay hydrated! Try this for a few months and see if it helps cure PVCs.

Attention: It’s heart health month on Amazon. Many great heart healthy items on sale! Click here for more details.

Please comment and let me (and others) know about what works and what doesn’t.
